Position: Design Technology Teacher

Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Start Date: September 2024 

Type: Full-time, Long-term

Design Technology Teacher – Role:

  • Strong knowledge of the Design Technology curriculum.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students.
  • Maintain an organised classroom environment and ensure safe use of equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Design Technology Teacher – Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience teaching Design Technology at the Secondary School level.
  • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A relevant degree in Design Technology is advantageous.
  • SEND experience is desirable.
