Position: SEN 121 TA

Location: Barnet

Start Date: ASAP 

Type: Full-time

Step Teachers are collaborating with a primary school in Barnet to find a passionate SEN 121 TA who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with complex needs. If you have experience working as a SEN 121 TA, we want to hear from you!

SEN 121 TA – Role:

  • Provide one-on-one sessions with SEN children.
  • Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
  • Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

 SEN 121 TA – Requirements:

  • Recent experience working as an SEN 212 TA in a primary school.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
