Step Teachers and a Nursery in Barnet are collaborating to find an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to become part of their dynamic team in September 2024. The position is a long-term one, and the Nursery is specifically looking for an individual with a level 3 EY qualification and substantial experience in Early Years.

Early Years Practitioner Role:

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
• Able to think on your feet and support children's learning & development.
• Work effectively with other members of staff and fellow early years faculty.
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

Early Years Practitioner Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Have recent nursery or school experience in a support role.
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
