Step Teachers are looking for Early Years Supply Teachers to work in Primary Schools in the South Hams area of Devon. We have strong relationships with schools in the area and there is a regular demand for Early Years Supply Teachers to work on both daily supply and longer term roles.

Early Years Supply Teacher Role:
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum in within the Early Years sector
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Work effectively with other staff both within the classroom and throughout the school
- Ability to report on the class you have been taking
- Able to deliver lesson's which are preplanned by the timetabled teacher.
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
Early Years Supply Teacher Role:
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status or Early Years Teaching Status
- Recent mainstream school-based experience within the Early Years department in Primary Schools
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
- Experience working with SEND is desirable
