A Goo’ mixed secondary school in Enfield are looking for an Economics Teacher to join them from January. This is a full-time role teaching at KS4 and KS5. This is a long-term role that would run until the end of the academic year in the first instance. This can become a permanent position for the right candidate. 

Economics Teacher Role:

• Strong knowledge of the business and economics curriculum at KS4 and KS5.
• Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources.
• Work effectively with other staff members, both within the classroom and throughout the school.
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them to progress.
• Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

Economics Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience teaching economics at key stage 4 and key stage 5.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their best.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young learners.
• A desire to contribute to the vibrant school community and engage in extracurricular activities.
