Step Teachers are collaborating with a Secondary school in Haringey. An enthusiastic and committed English Teacher is being sought to join the lively School for a temporary position that begins right away. It's important to mention that this position is part-time, and the ideal candidate should be open to flexible working hours. English Teacher - Role:
- English Teacher must possess strong knowledge of the curriculum.
- Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
- Maintain a well-organized, tidy, and considerate classroom environment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students, inspiring good behaviour, and a passion for learning.
- Cooperate with and support colleagues and additional classroom staff.
- Accurately assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Comply with and implement the school's policies and take part in their supportive educational ethos.
English Teacher - Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Recent mainstream school-based experience as an English Teacher.
- A relevant English-related degree is desirable.
- Experience with KS3-KS4 curriculum.
- SEN experience is essential.
