Duties as an English Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Teach across [Key Stage 3/Key Stage 4/Post-16], fostering a love for literature and language
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress through constructive feedback
• Encourage students to develop confidence in their communication and analytical skills
• Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Contribute to the development of English resources and extracurricular activities

Ideal English Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in English, Literature, or a related field
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students
• Strong classroom management and communication skills as an English Teacher.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities
