A school is seeking reliable and conscientious Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations. This is a flexible role, ideal for individuals who are organised, observant, and committed to maintaining examination integrity. This role begins May 2025.

Duties as Exam Invigilator:

• Supervise students during examinations to ensure regulations are followed
• Distribute and collect exam materials efficiently
• Assist with setting up exam rooms and seating arrangements
• Provide clear instructions to candidates before and during exams
• Report any irregularities or breaches of exam regulations
• Support students with any queries in line with exam board guidelines

Ideal Exam Invigilator:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow strict procedures
• Previous experience in an education setting is beneficial but not essential
