Are you an energetic and engaging General Science Teacher seeking for a new supply position? Step Teachers are now working with an "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Secondary School in the Barnet area. This school believes that every child has the ability to be a knowledgeable, articulate and successful individual and are committed to realising this potential, enabling every child to go on to the best universities, apprenticeship courses and careers of their choice. They're currently looking for a competent General Science Teacher to join their team on a Long-Term  Supply basis effective September 2024.

General Science Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality lessons in General Science to a diverse range of students.
• The General Science Teacher must adhere to the school's curriculum and teaching standards.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Providing constructive feedback to students.

General Science Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Degree in General Science or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching General Science at the Secondary level.
• A General Science Teacher with strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
