MFL Teacher Responsibilities:
- Teach French at an advanced level (KS5) and Spanish at an introductory level (KS3).
- The MFL Teacher should foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- The MFL Teacher should contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.
MFL Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must be confident teaching French to KS5 and Spanish to KS3.
- Experience teaching MFL at a secondary level.
