Step Teachers are looking for an MFL long-term supply teacher role for a fantastic school that can inspire students to explore their cultural interests. Specifically teaching French and German, you will play a pivotal role in fostering language proficiency and intercultural understanding. Your adaptability, enthusiasm, and dedication will be evident to the students and other staff which will be greatly appreciated.

The school is dedicated to fostering a culture of language proficiency, cultural appreciation, and academic achievement. They believe in nurturing language talent as well as academic excellence and community engagement.

Role: 

• Strong MFL curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4
• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable
• Ability to assess and report on your students when required
• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively 

Requirements: 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching MFL
• Relevant subject-specific degree 
• Good classroom management
