We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working with young children in a supportive and dynamic setting. This role begins April 2025.

Duties as Nursery Assistant:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assist with personal care routines, including feeding and toileting.

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery environment.

• Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Ideal Nursery Assistant:

• Holds a relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent) or is willing to work towards one.

• Has experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

• Is warm, patient, and nurturing.

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Assistant.

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Has a positive and proactive approach to learning and development.
