Are you a versatile and dedicated teacher looking for a new role? Step Teachers are looking for Supply Teachers in the Norfolk area to start ASAP or in January 2025. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality education across various subjects and year groups and also functional Skills Maths and English.

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons across various subjects.
  • No planning initially, ongoing assessment and marking
  • Maintain an organised and professional classroom with all associated resources.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school.
  • Ensure compliance with the school's policies and their reliable implementation.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in secondary education.
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Supply Teacher/teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  • Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
