Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress through constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
• Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students
• Foster a love for learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
• Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student development

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Education or a related field
• Passion for teaching and helping children develop academically and personally
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual learners
