Mind UK aims to provide a range of services, resources, and information to support individuals with their mental health, including helplines, online resources, and community support. They work towards ensuring that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the help and support they need, while also working to prevent mental health problems through education and early intervention.
With one in four people experience mental health problem each year, and suicide being the leading cause of death for men under 45, Mind UK created the 'Have Your Mate's Back' campaign that encouraged football fans to look out for their mates and wear their shirts back to front to support better mental health in football.
