We are seeking a creative, dedicated, and inspiring Art Teacher to join a dynamic Expressive Arts Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to nurture artistic talent and encourage students to express themselves confidently through a variety of media and techniques.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop technical skills, critical thinking, and a deep appreciation for visual arts. Starting September 2025.

Duties as Art Teacher:

• Teach Art across a range of abilities and year groups.

• Inspire and engage students through a broad and balanced curriculum.

• Plan, prepare and assess work in accordance with department and school policies.

• Contribute to the development of schemes of work and extra-curricular art opportunities.

• Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal Art Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the visual arts.

• The ability to teach a range of artistic disciplines (e.g. painting, drawing, sculpture, digital art).

• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as an Art Teacher.

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
