We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable General Science Teacher to join a dynamic Science department. You will play a key role in delivering a broad and engaging science curriculum across Biology, Chemistry and Physics at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and help them develop scientific thinking, investigative skills, and a deeper understanding of the world around them. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a General Science Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across all science disciplines.

• Support students in achieving their academic targets, including GCSE success.

• Promote a love of science through practical investigations, enrichment activities, and engaging classroom experiences.

• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and department improvement.

• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.

Ideal General Science Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong subject knowledge across the science curriculum.

• A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning as a General Science Teacher.

• Good classroom management and high expectations for student progress.

• A commitment to fostering curiosity, resilience, and scientific thinking.
