We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a supportive team at a welcoming and vibrant school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in the education sector and support students in their learning. This begins February 2025.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom discipline.

• Support students in their learning and engagement with lesson materials.

• Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies.

• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.

• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a school setting as a Cover Supervisor.

• A passion for education and supporting student development.
