As a Long-Term Supply EBD Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised support to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The Role:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with challenging behaviour, ensuring their inclusion in the classroom.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and mutual respect.
• Act as a positive role model for students, promoting appropriate behaviour and social skills.
• Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Able to provide effective support and cater to the individual needs of the students.
