We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a supportive team at a vibrant and dynamic school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or a newly qualified teacher eager to inspire students and deepen their understanding of the world. Beginning February 2025.

Duties as a Geography Teacher:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages.

• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that encourage curiosity and critical thinking.

• Inspire students to explore geographical concepts and global issues.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.

• Maintain accurate records of student development and achievements.

• Organise field trips and extracurricular activities to enhance learning experiences.

Ideal Geography Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Degree in Geography or a related subject.

• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (preferred but not essential).

• Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Passion for Geography and education.
