Head of Quality – Leading Further & Higher Education College – King’s Lynn & West Norfolk 

Location: Multi-campus role across King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Cambridge & Downham Market
Start Date: February 2025 (long-term role until at least Easter)

Are you an experienced quality improvement leader passionate about driving excellence in Further and Higher Education? A leading College in the King’s Lynn & West Norfolk district seeks a Head of Quality to lead their in-house teacher development and support team, ensuring best practice and providing academic staff with top-tier resources and support.

The Role as Head of Quality:

• Oversee and implement quality improvement initiatives across multiple campuses
• Lead a dedicated team, ensuring staff have access to cutting-edge teaching and learning resources
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across HE and FE provision
• Provide strategic leadership to enhance teaching standards and student outcomes
• Travel between campuses (King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Cambridge, Downham Market)

As Head of Quality, you have:

• Recent experience working in Higher or Further Education
• Strong background in quality improvement programmes
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams
• Hold a degree in a relevant field (or equivalent)
• Possess a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification
