Step Teachers are working with a ‘Good’ school in Cheshunt, looking for a qualified Health and Social Care Teacher who is enthusiastic about educating the next generation of health and social care professionals. As a Health and Social Care teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that cover various aspects of Health and Social Care.

Health and Social Care Teacher – Role:

• Develop curriculum materials related to Health and Social Care.
• Provide support and guidance to students pursuing careers in Health and Social Care.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Health and Social Care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Health and Social Care program.
• Stay current with developments in the field of Health and Social Care.
• Promote Health and Social Care education within the school community.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for students.

 Health and Social Care Teacher – Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
• A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Social Care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for inspiring students to pursue careers in Health and Social Care.
• Proven experience as a Health and Social Care Teacher in a Secondary School.
