We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Key Stage 1 Supply Teachers to join their teams on a flexible basis. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who enjoys variety and is dedicated to delivering engaging lessons for KS1 pupils. Beginning March 2025.

Duties as KS1 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the class teacher or school.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and supported.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
• Provide support to individual pupils or small groups as needed.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and classroom developments as required.

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
• The ability to quickly adapt to different classes and teaching environments.
• A nurturing and supportive approach to working with young children.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A positive and flexible attitude towards teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
