Step Teachers are working with a Primary school in Potters Bar to find an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to start in January 2025. If you are a passionate KS2 Teacher who can inspire students and build positive relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Please note this is a maternity cover role.

KS2 Teacher – Role:

  • Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum.
  • Plan and deliver captivating and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a highly organized classroom while ensuring the secure management and storage of all educational materials.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow staff members within the school.
  • Exhibit proficiency in assessing students, monitoring their progress, and providing valuable feedback.
  • Diligently adhere to the school's policies and consistently implement them.

KS2 Teacher – Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Bring recent experience as a KS2 Teacher from mainstream primary school settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with support staff and parents.
  • SEND experience is desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS.
