This vibrant is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their supportive and collaborative teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children, guiding them through their Key Stage 2 journey and fostering a love for learning. This role begins September 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teach a broad range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and the Humanities
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independent learning
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their potential
- Support the personal, social, and emotional development of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued
- Work closely with other teachers and staff to plan, share resources, and develop teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably with a range of year groups
- A strong passion for teaching and helping children achieve their best
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as a KS2 Teacher.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- The ability to engage and inspire students in all areas of the curriculum
