We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at a vibrant and dynamic. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about education and keen to support the development of children in Key Stage 2, beginning February 2025.

Duties as a KS2 Teaching Assistant:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

• Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.

• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

• Provide pastoral care and promote positive behaviour.

• Support pupils with additional learning needs where necessary.

• Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence in their learning.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a teaching assistant role.

• Understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching methods.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff as a KS2 Teaching Assistant.

• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for supporting young learners.
