Join as an Enterprise and Marketing Specialist, responsible for educating and inspiring our students in the fascinating world of enterprise, marketing, and potentially other subjects such as Art and Computing (not yet confirmed). You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the talents of our students and equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the modern world.

The school is a “Good” Ofsted-rated school whose head teacher has substantially raised the standards in recent years. School leaders have significantly improved the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. Students behave and interact with each other very well  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons.
  • Nurture and encourage students' creative expression and technical skills.
  • Plan and implement a curriculum that caters to different skill levels.
  • Organize exhibitions and displays to showcase students' work.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (QTLS/QTS) 
  • Passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
  • Effective communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
