Under the former Ofsted-rated guidelines Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Secondary School in Waltham Cross that are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Mathematics, fostering a passion for numbers and ensuring students achieve their full potential in this dynamic subject area.
Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for Maths.
- As a Maths Teacher , you will have the responsibility of instructing students in the principles and practices of Maths.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support individual learning needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in Maths education.
Maths Teacher - Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Level 2 (i.e. GCSE and L2 NCFE/BTEC)
- SEN experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of Maths principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of Maths.
