We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join a dynamic team at a vibrant school. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and foster a love for music across all year groups. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Music Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality music lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

• Encourage creativity and musical expression through innovative teaching methods.

• Organise and lead extracurricular activities such as school choirs, orchestras, and musical productions.

• Support students in preparing for music exams, concerts, and performances.

• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into cross-curricular learning.

• Maintain student progress records and provide constructive feedback.

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures musical talent.

Ideal Music Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A degree in Music or a related subject.

• Experience teaching music at primary or secondary level (preferred but not required).

• Proficiency in playing and teaching a variety of instruments.

• Strong knowledge of the Music curriculum and effective teaching techniques.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Music Teacher.

• A passion for inspiring and developing young musicians.
