Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in New Barnet commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 40 days initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:

• Deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Cultivate a positive, respectful classroom environment that fosters learning, creativity, and emotional growth.
• Promote the development of resilience in students, helping them to navigate challenges with confidence.
• Support students in building social skills, empathy, and teamwork.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies that align with our values.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback that supports their development.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and well-being.

To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:

• Hold a recognised QTS.
• Be passionate about teaching and supporting the holistic development of female students.
• Embody the values of respect, resilience, creativity, and community in everything they do.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in creative, varied learning experiences.
• A a Primary School Teacher you should be able to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.
