Job description
Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in Wood Green commencing in February 2025. This daily position is for 1 day initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of all students.
- Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Foster strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support both academically and personally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students’ progress and well-being.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader school community.
To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:
- Hold a recognised QTS
- Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for all students.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- As a Primary School Teacher you need to be enthusiastic about working as part of a team and contributing to the development of the school.
