Duties as a Primary School Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions.
  • Foster a love of learning and develop pupils’ confidence and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and events.

Ideal Primary School Teacher:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong understanding of primary education.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Primary School Teacher.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
