Job description

Step Teachers are working with a supportive, engaging, and welcoming school in Tower Hamlets to find a Primary Teacher to join them on a long-term basis in November 2024. This school's vision is to create a school community where children and staff engage in learning with passion and enjoyment. The successful candidate will be teaching a mixed class of Year 1/2 and Year 3/4.

Primary  Teacher - Role:

  • Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Adapting quickly to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
  • As a Primary Teacher you should be delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum, and for a variety of age groups.
  • Providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Primary Teacher - Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience.
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
