We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Reception Year Teacher to join their team at a vibrant School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners. This role begins April 2025.

Duties as a Reception Year Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and social skills development.
• Conduct observations and assessments to track student progress.
• Work closely with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
• Ensure a safe and structured classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance early years provision.

Ideal Reception Year Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in an Early Years or Reception setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Reception Year Teacher.
• A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
