Step Teachers are working closely with a Primary School in Edmonton to find a School Administrator to join their team full-time starting in February 2025. This school was rated "Good" under Ofsted's previous rating system for schools, and they are keen to find a School Administrator that will contribute to their friendly and collaborative working environment. The perfect applicant would be someone who is also familiar with working in a school environment, including interacting with pupils or families with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities. This position would be expected to start at 8am and finish at 4pm, Monday to Friday.

School Administrator - Role:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of school operations.
• Provide support to school leadership and faculty with scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and other school databases.
• Act as a point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing queries and providing excellent service.
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

School Administrator - Requirements:

• Recent experience as a School Administrator in a primary school.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using office software and school management systems.
