​​​​​Step Teachers are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a child in Reception on a 1:2 basis. This role is due to commence immediately upon completion of a successful trial until the end of the academic year. 

Role:

• Working across all primary year groups to support pupil/s

• Support children on a 1:1/1:2 and/or small groups

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement, them effectively  

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEND in a mainstream school

• Relevant teaching assistant/special needs qualifications desirable
