Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding opportunity in an "Outstanding" Ofsted-rated Primary school in the Waltham Cross area? Then we're looking for you! They're currently seeking a Long-Term supply Teaching Assistant in their reception years to start in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. 
• Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment. 
• Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
• Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
• SEN qualification and experience would be desirable.
• Experience in Reception years as a Teaching Assistant.
