Young minds help young people deal with their mental health problem. Imagine being a young person struggling with your mental health, finally gathering the courage to seek help, only to face endless waiting. For thousands of young people in the UK, this is the harsh reality. Mental health issues among youth are at record levels, with many unable to access the support they desperately need. The number of young people in crisis has surged, with a staggering rise in emergency cases and suicide being the leading cause of death among young men. This crisis can't continue. We believe every young person should have timely access to the mental health support they need. Together, we can make a difference.
