Position: Administrator
Location: Barbican, London

Administrator Role:
To be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visiting public, both in person and by telephone. To ensure that the highest standards are met with regards to cleaning and first impression of the schools.
- Deliver an efficient and responsive service. This includes answering queries, dealing with complaints and providing referrals in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
- Undertake various administrative tasks including filing photocopying, and managing school supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Uphold Academy policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and providing cover when needed.
Administrator Requirements:
- Ability to work in a systematic manner with attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Solves routine, or basic problems (escalating more complex problems as appropriate)
- Ability to work without supervision, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Finds the right balance between the need for thoroughness against the urgency of response.
- Basic IT skills are essential.
- Manages routine day-to-day and week-to-week tasks effectively.
