Step Teachers are a preferred supplier for Teach in Herts and we are currently looking for an ICT Teacher in Hemel Hempstead. This ICT Teacher is full time starting from April 2025 and is a supply position teaching mostly KS3 and some KS4 for one academic term.

ICT Teacher Role:
- Thorough knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 ICT curriculum.
- Keep a tidy and professional classroom, ensuring effective resource management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues both within the department and across the school.
- Evaluate student performance, monitor their progress, and provide meaningful feedback.
- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- Consistently uphold and apply the school's policies.
ICT Teacher Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification to teacher in a Secondary School
- Have recent experience as an ICT Teacher in a mainstream secondary school setting
- Exhibit strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- A degree in ICT or Computer Science is preferred
- Experience working with SEND students is advantageous
