We are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated Primary School in Camden to find an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from April 2024. The school is eager to find someone who is passionate and proactive, ready to engage with the children in their Nursery class to build an early love of education and contribute to their safe, supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Role:

• Supporting the development of children’s language and communication skills.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support to children when required.
• Preparing and setting up activities, ensuring that resources are available and used appropriately.
• Providing feedback to parents and carers on children’s progress and achievements.
• Fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification preferred.
