We have a school that is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of exams. This is a flexible, casual role, ideal for individuals looking for part-time work during exam periods. This role begins ASAP.

Exam Invigilator Duties:

• Setting up exam venues by arranging desks, distributing papers, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Supervising students during exams to ensure a calm and orderly environment.
• Enforcing exam regulations and reporting any irregularities.
• Assisting with student queries and providing guidance where appropriate.
• Collecting and securing exam scripts at the end of the session.

Ideal Exam Invigilator:

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow strict procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• The ability to remain professional and composed in a formal setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as an Exam Invigilator.
• Prior experience in invigilation or an educational environment is beneficial but not essential.
