Duties as a Humanities Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Humanities lessons following the school’s curriculum.
• Adapt to different school settings and teaching environments as required.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom atmosphere.
• Follow provided lesson plans or prepare cover lessons when necessary.
• Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and enquiry-based learning.
• Support students’ progress through effective assessment and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity in students' learning.

Ideal Humanities Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in History, Geography, Religious Studies, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Humanities subjects at [Key Stage 3/4/5].
• Strong classroom management and adaptability skills as a Humanities Teacher.
• A passion for inspiring students in the humanities and fostering a love of learning.
• The ability to work flexibly and independently.
