Step Teachers are looking for a motivated and passionate Geography Teacher for a long-term supply position beginning in September 2024. This position is in a Norfolk Secondary School rated "Good" by Ofsted, which is recognized for it's supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Role of a Geography Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
• Maintain an organized and professional classroom with all the associated resources.
• Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school.
• Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with the school's policies and implement them effectively.

Requirements of a Geography Teacher:

• Recent mainstream school-based experience as a Geography Teacher is desirable.
• Good level of classroom and behavior management.
• A relevant Geography degree is desirable.
