Class Act Teaching Services are currently looking for a History Teacher in to work in a Secondary School in Didcot. This History Teacher role is full time starting in January 2025 and continues for one academic term. The role will involve planning, marking and reporting; the school are looking for an experienced teacher for this role.

History Teacher Role:
- Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 History curriculum
- Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
- Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
- Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
- Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these
History Teacher Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School
- Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a History Teacher or Humanities Teacher in a Secondary School
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
- A relevant History related degree is desirable.
- SEND experience is desirable
