Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in Hackney commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 15 days initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:

• Plan and deliver exciting and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and well-being.
• Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support students’ academic and personal development.

To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable, but not essential for newly qualified teachers).
• As a Primary School Teacher you need a passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning.
