Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in Great Yarmouth commencing in April 2025. This full-time position is for Half a term initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special educational needs and abilities.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help each child reach their potential.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the development and well-being of every child.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
- Collaborate with staff members to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- As a Primary School Teacher, a passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, nurturing attitude and a commitment to inclusive education.
