Job description

Are you a dedicated and passionate Reception Teaching Assistant with a love for early childhood education? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team of a school in Rainham after February half term continuing until Easter. This Reception Teaching Assistant role is a long-term position with the opportunity of a permanent role.

Reception Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Upkeep a tidy and organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
  • Work effectively with the teacher and other Reception Teaching Assistants in the classroom and throughout the school
  • As a Reception Teaching Assistant you will need the ability to support students and encourage their progression
  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Reception Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Recent experience working in a Primary school as a Reception Teaching Assistant is essential
  • A recognised HLTA qualification and relevant experience at this level for an HLTA role
  • Applicants with a Level 2/3 certificate will also be considered
  • SEND experience is desirable
