Class Act Teaching Services are the leading supply teaching agency in Oxfordshire and we are currently looking for a Secondary School Supply Teachers for both daily supply and long term supply roles.
We are particularly busy in Witney and the surrounding areas for supply teaching work. Whether you are looking for a better work life balance or the opportunity to experience lots of different schools, Secondary School Supply Teachers have great flexibility with the work that they do. It is great option for both ECT's and experienced teachers. These can often progress to long term roles in the future if you are looking for these.
Role of Secondary School Supply Teachers:
- To lead a class as a supply teacher and keep students on task
- Able to deliver lesson's which are pre-planned by the timetabled teacher
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Work effectively with other members of staff
- Comply with and implement the schools’ policies effectively
Requirements of Secondary School Supply Teachers:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification to teach at Secondary School
- Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Secondary School
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
- Experience working with SEND is desirable
