Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant searching for a fulfilling position at a Secondary school in Norwich? Then we are looking for you! Key Responsibilities - Teaching Assistant:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- The Teaching Assistant must assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Attendance Officer - Meetings families, possibly visiting families - students with worrying attendance
Requirements - Teaching Assistant:
- Good knowledge of Key Stage 1.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
- Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
